Acceptable use
Build with the protocol; do not abuse the handoff.
These rules protect creators, buyers, agents, the API, and the public networks that make the marketplace possible.
Draft for legal review
Never use 0xRouter to:
- Upload or distribute malware, credential stealers, exploit kits, illegal content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Evade payment, replay or alter payment identity, bypass access controls, scrape private content, or probe for secrets.
- Impersonate a seller, buyer, agent, support person, or network participant.
- Manipulate market information, fabricate sales, wash transactions, or misrepresent token economics or ownership.
- Use the API to send abusive traffic, bypass rate limits, interfere with availability, or access data outside your authorization.
- Use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for the products they upload, the rights they claim, the license terms they select, and the accuracy of their listing. A category label or token record does not prove that the seller owns the content.
Enforcement
We may limit, pause, remove, or investigate activity that appears to violate these rules. We may preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests. A good-faith report should include public references and enough context to reproduce the concern without sending secrets or private content.
