The rules for a rights-aware marketplace.
A plain-language product draft covering accounts, listings, licenses, payments, tokenized economic rights, and platform limits.
1. Status and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions are a product draft for the 0xRouter service. By creating an account, publishing a product, accessing a product, or using an API credential, you agree to the version shown at the time of use. A production launch requires the operating legal entity, notice address, governing law, and dispute process to be completed and reviewed.
2. Accounts and credentials
- Provide accurate account information and protect session cookies, API keys, and wallet access.
- You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials until you revoke or report them.
- Never share a seed phrase or private key with 0xRouter, a seller, an agent, or support.
- We may suspend access when required to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
3. Sellers and product listings
Sellers must have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to publish each product and grant the selected license. Listing metadata must be accurate, source files must match their declared hashes, and sellers must not use the platform to distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive material.
4. Product licenses
A buyer receives the license terms displayed for the purchased product version and recorded in the receipt. A product license is not a transfer of the creator's underlying copyright unless a separate written agreement says so. The buyer may not claim the creator's original work as their own or redistribute a source product in a way prohibited by its terms.
5. Payments and delivery
Paid access may use x402-compatible wallet payments. A verified settlement can create a receipt and unlock the exact source bytes. Network fees, wallet errors, wrong-network payments, and irreversible blockchain actions are the responsibility of the person initiating the transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
6. Tokenized economic rights
Any owner, royalty, or fee-vault token described by the product is an economic-rights mechanism only. It is not a deposit, security, guaranteed yield, copyright assignment, or promise that a market will exist. Token status, finality, and balances can depend on a public network and its operational availability.
7. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service to infringe rights, evade payment, abuse credentials, exploit a product or API, distribute malware, impersonate another person, manipulate listings or reviews, launder funds, or violate applicable law.
8. Availability and changes
The service is evolving through testnet and local phases. Features, endpoints, networks, indexers, and product availability may change. We may update these terms and will publish the effective version on this page.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, legal sufficiency of a seller's rights claim, product quality, token value, or business outcome. Specific legal limitations, indemnities, consumer protections, and regional addenda must be completed by counsel before launch.
