Every license shares
- The grant is non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual for the purchased product version.
- Creators keep underlying copyright. A license grants use rights; it is not an ownership transfer.
- Standalone resale, relicensing, redistribution, and source extraction are excluded by default.
- Each receipt stores the exact template, terms text, content hash, and terms hash.
- 0XR or owner-token holding never adds copyright or buyer access rights.
0xRouter platform permission
Publishing grants 0xRouter a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, display, index, and promote listing metadata and safe previews for marketplace operation. It does not transfer creator copyright or give buyers extra rights.
Rights complaints may pause discovery or new access while reviewed. Existing receipts remain records of the terms issued at the time.
Legacy receipts
v1 templates remain valid for products and receipts that use them. New listings use v2. A template change creates a new version and terms hash; it never rewrites an issued receipt.
Platform and protocol notices
Repository code, dependencies, public-chain contracts, network clients, x402 components, indexers, and wallet software have separate licenses and notices. Their names and interfaces do not grant permission to copy a product or use a creator's branding.
Before production launch
- Publish the repository or platform software license and a generated third-party notice.
- Keep the product-license templates versioned and visible before payment.
- Record the content hash and terms hash in the receipt.
- Review code, data, prompts, fonts, icons, trademarks, and bundled assets separately.
- Have counsel approve these draft templates and any category-specific annexes.
