A responsible path for rights concerns.
A draft reporting process for creators, buyers, and rights holders who believe a listing should be reviewed.
Seller responsibility
A seller must attest that they own or control the rights needed to publish a product and grant its selected license. A listing, category, wallet, token, or receipt is not independent proof of copyright ownership.
What a report should contain
- Your name and a safe contact method.
- The product URL, product ID, or receipt reference involved.
- A description of the work and the right you believe is affected.
- A good-faith explanation and, where appropriate, evidence that can be reviewed privately.
- A statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to make the report.
Review and response
A report may trigger a request for more information, temporary pausing of new access, preservation of relevant records, or removal from discovery. We do not promise a particular outcome or timeline, and any formal notice, counter-notice, repeat-infringer rule, or jurisdiction-specific process must be finalized by counsel.
Protect private evidence
Do not paste private source files, identity documents, private keys, seed phrases, API credentials, or raw payment signatures into a public issue, listing, chat, or product description.
